This 333.872Ha farm is located +/- 70km north-west of Louis Trichardt in the Waterpoort area, Limpopo province, South Africa The property borders the west bank of the Sandriver in the west and the Kortdraai gravel road on the east. The farm is located among a number of other successful irrigation farms on the banks of the Sandriver. Access to the property is obtained via the Waterpoort / Kortdraai gravel road.

The property is owned by a South African registered company. The company is VAT registered.

Income is derived from the cultivation and production of limited growth tomatoes, and sweet potatoes. A favourable climate and growing conditions allow for early season, mid-season, and late season harvests. The benefit of an early season and/or late season harvest is associated with above average mid-season market prices.

The farming operation is well organised and equipped with a modern, ultra-efficient irrigation system. Additional capacity exists to expand the current 38Ha developed arable land with a further 40Ha, allowing for a potential 78Ha arable (production) land.

Crop production is generated from 38Ha established arable land. A total of 32.8 Ha is developed and equipped with drip irrigation. An additional 5.2Ha of land is developed and ready for installation of a drip irrigation system. An integrated water infrastructure, include water supply directly from 3x boreholes. Water supply is distributed via a comprehensive rotational irrigation system (160mm-125mm mainline) to 21 patches of land totalling 32.8 Ha. Total tested water supply, from the 3x boreholes, exceed 152 000 litres per hour. An additional 10 patches of land exist which are ready for installation of drip irrigation.
